I've had Claudia as my rental manager for a home in Melba for over 8 years. In that time she has always been excellent to work with and gets things done quickly when required. We had difficult conversations to have with tennants not doing the right thing, and Claudia was on the front foot in protecting our investment, whilst being fair with the situation for both parties. Claudia is a very good property manager and an just a great person in general. She is open and upfront about things when it is required and I have no reservation in recommending Claudia from LJ Hooker Belconnen to look after your property.
