We had a very positive experience with Maria and LJ Hooker Belmore throughout the rental process. The team was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with from the beginning. They answered our questions clearly, kept us updated and made the process feel smooth and organised. The inspections and follow-up communication were handled well, and we appreciated the respectful and friendly attitude from the staff. Everything was explained properly and the overall experience felt transparent and professional. It’s clear Maria manages a large number of enquiries, but she still took the time to assist us when needed. Overall, a reliable and well-organised agency to deal with.
