I am very pleased with the speed with which this flat was let. I have often found there is difficulty in letting units, and have frequently had to reduce the rent in order to attract a tenant. As there has been a fair bit of publicity about flats being hard to let in many areas of Sydney because of the pandemic, I certainly did not expect it to be let so speedily. I am generally very happy with the way in which Youla Davies has managed my block and the tenants in it.

Very helpful and great staff
Linda was very efficient in finding a tenant for me in these tough times. She brought a lot of knowledge to the table. I definitely recommend her to anyone!

I met my now property manager, Linda at a different rental from the one I moved into. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After she had heard what I was looking for/budget was she suggested an open house later that day. From time of application to putting a holding deposit was 24 hours. I cannot recommend Linda and the team enough. Thanks!
