Frank and his very professional team did a fantastic job selling my late sister’s unit. The paperwork was minimal for me although the contract was extremely lengthy as required by the industry. Pricing was very accurate, they helped with the presentation of the unit and they generated a lot of interest for the sale. The price exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend LJ Hooker Bay Street highly enough.

I found Joe to be easy to deal with. He provided regular progress calls on the sale including constructive feedback. He concluded the sale professionally, and I found him to be trustworthy. Unfortunately , I cannot say the same for his boss Frank Mazor, who I believe lacks any sense of moral integrity. I would unhesitatingly deal with Joe again, but only if he works for another agency.
