STAY AWAY !!! Should be a 0 star!!! As a first-home buyer, my experience with Kim Ryan and Natalie Leaver at LJ Hooker Edge Hill was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, especially when serious issues emerged just before settlement. We were repeatedly left chasing answers and felt that transparency was lacking when it mattered most. The removal of the “For Sale/ Sold” sign before settlement was another frustrating experience. When we asked for a replacement so we could take a photo to celebrate buying our first home, we were told we would have to pay for it ourselves. What should have been an exciting milestone became an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. We felt unsupported, uninformed and that getting the sale completed was prioritised over keeping buyers properly informed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

This was our first time selling a property and Kayla was an absolute blessing. Nadine is a positive and highly professional agent, with years of experience and in depth knowledge of the property market in our area. She had the added challenge this year of trying to sell our property during Covid shutdown and was proactive in managing our open homes online while opens were banned and gaining some new skills along the way. She managed our expectations, always calling us as soon as she was able to give us updates, and allayed our fears during the prolonged advertising process.
