Francois is really delivered what he said, when we met he said he could sell our property within 1 month but in fact, we got the buyer within days after our property went live in website for sale during private inspection! He has been keep following up with us regarding our progress with cleaning up our place so it will be ready for photograph as we did take our time and gave us a bit of push that we really need to sell our property. We had been looking for a house for 2 years and met more agents than we could count. There's something very different about Peter. We felt that we were dealing with an honest and respectful person. Our first positive experience was being given a private inspection of the home before the first open inspection. On day 1 he was very honest about the vendor's expectations with regard to price and this remained consistent throughout the campaign. We were allowed to take measurements, test our car in the driveway, organise a building and pest inspection at short notice...nothing was too much trouble. He was polite and professional in phone calls and emails. He'd always enquire after my family when he called and he comes across as having old-fashioned family values. We ended up being successful at auction. When speaking with my conveyancer she mentioned that Peter was one of the most efficient and professional agents she has dealt with in 20 years in terms of providing information promptly and responding to emails. We had a very positive experience buying our home.
