I was the court appointed Trustee for the sale of a townhouse. The sale encountered many difficult issues with gaining vacant possession. He was very informative and answered all of my questions directly. He was always prompt to reply (including after hours). Peter was a great help with the sale and gaining vacant possession. Peter assisted with engaging a locksmith, cleaner, and rubbish removalist after the occupant vacated the property. He has been thorough and thoughtful in his approach over the extended period it took me to sell the property and very proactive in getting the sale across the line. I think Peter did a great job for the owners and myself. I would engage with Peter in the future for another property sale. Peter should be very proud of himself, and I would encourage anyone to consider engaging in his services.
