I was helping my daughter search for a first home purchase ,2 bedroom unit in Campsie. Peter from Hookers showed Angela s Dad and myself a suitable property in a very convenient location in Campsie and we hurried to let Angela know about this unit.Alas, we were too late and by the time I spoke to Angela and got back to Peter at Hookers it was gone! Peter told me he had another available and with a weiry heart said no still disappointed at missing out. Luckily I called back just in time to look at the other one which Angela did purchase.Peter had realised what type of property Angela was looking for as a first home buyer and correctly predicted that this property was for her.
