I worked with Francois Vassiliades and the team at LJ Hooker Campsie and the only thing that can be said about them is that they are an excellent agency. He listed my property for sales and within 1 week we had a sale and contract well above our selling price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very professional and personalized touch. Highly recommended!

Living in the country and having to sell an Estate property in Sydney during the COVID lockdown seemed unsurmountable. After reading his reviews we contacted Peter. Peter immediately inspected the property, made suggestions on presentation and with our approval implemented these. Within a short time frame the property was sold. Peter was efficient, diligent, hardworking and went the extra mile. We were constantly kept updated. Peter completely took the stress from our situation. We can't recommend him more highly.

We listed our property at the same time Sydney went into a 4month covid lockdown so it was a trying time. From the outset Francois was professional, efficient and persistent in getting the sale I needed. I highly recommend Francois to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Hi, we are the first -time buyers and have been hunting for a long time. Finally, two weeks age, when we saw a new listing just on the market, we was very interested in it, so I called the Agent Francois. He picked up the phone very quick, introduced the advantages of the property in detail, and immediately arranged for us to inspect it. We only through a bargain once, then Francois helped us successfully got it. Because we have no experience, he patiently explained the whole purchasing process, and guided us through the exchange contract yesterday. We are very happy with his professional and efficient service and look forward to the smooth completion of the settlement under his guidance. If you are looking for a unit or have a unit want to sell in Campsie area, just pick up the phone and talk to Francois, He always can help you achieve your best goals.

As a lawyer acting for an Executor of a complicated Estate, Peter was a fantastic addition to our team of professionals working for the Executor. Peter has been very proactive and provides us all with updates at each step, from the listing, the private inspections and the negotiations. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter to any other lawyer looking for an agent who is a fantastic addition to your conveyancing or Estate team.
