Francois was highly recommended to us by friends but still managed to exceed our expectations! He assisted with every aspect of the process including preparing the house for sale (organising trades to paint, clean up the garden, styling, etc.), stepping us through the marketing and sale process and communicating regularly throughout the auction campaign. This included regular activity reports which he would email through containing buyer feedback and progress. Finally, the result was well & truly above all of our expectations and the reserve price on auction day. Fantastic effort by Francois & his team!!

Peter was very knowledgeable of the Croydon park/Campsie area with regards to the market. From the start to finish of selling my mother's house Peter was very proffessional and wanted to get the best price for me. He worked hard to get feedback from potential buyers walking through the house when open inspections were held to get a good idea of where were sitting in the market. I could not be happier with how great the communication was between us seeing I was in another state of the house. Whe auction day came, Peter kept me informed of how many people had registered to bid and also work hard during the auction to get me the best price for the house. Five star experience and I would recommend him to any of selling their home in the inner west area.

I couldn't ask for a better agent. Peter was given trying circumstances dealing with joint owners of a property all living in separate states. Peter always ensured all parties were informed at all stages of the process, and always took the time to explain to us anything we were unsure about. Peter always went over and above, providing us with updates several times a week and was always available when we needed him. Peters knowledge of the market is exceptional and this is shown in his quality of work and sales results.
