I had a great experience renting a property managed by LJHooker for the last three years. The Property Manager, Brooke Foster, was always prompt, professional, and respectful. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, a tradesperson was scheduled in two weeks. Routine inspections were always arranged with plenty of notice, and the process was stress-free. Highly recommend their management services.

Brooke has been a great property manager. Always upfront and honest about what is happening.. this the 3 house I have rented through her…sadly the current market has made life difficult for renters. But Brooke has gone above and beyond for me as a tenant to make sure my family had a property to rent within my budget and the area I wanted. The rental inspections are always done in a timely manner and if I ever have an issue I can get it fixed as quickly as possible. I recommend LJ Hooker Casey to anyone looking for a rental.

We have leased out a rental property with LJ Hooker Hampton park for the past 20 years. Our current rental manager Brooke continues to amazing service we have received during this time. In particular, one tenant left the property in a dishevelled state and LJ Hooker quickly returned it to the rental market and dealt with the landlord insurer, including replacement carpets, replacement blinds and a full interior repaint. This was the only time we have ever had a problem with a tenant and LJ Hooker took all the stress out of the situation. Brooke and the LJ Hooker team are highly recommended!
