I've dealt with many real estates throughout my rental life, and i can honestly say that the response time and assistance provided by LJ Hooker, Hampton Park, has been excellent. Repairs are carried out quickly and the property manager always responds to emails or calls (without endless chasing, as is the case with other real estates). The house inspections are done in a respectful and friendly manner, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this agency.

In 10 years of dealing with them, never had a bad experience with them. They always responded to our call & dealt with the issues straight away. Regularly conducted inspection of our property.

It made a big difference having an agency that was organised and supportive, which took a lot of stress out of renting. I really appreciated how smoothly everything was managed from start to finish. I would happily recommend LJ Hooker to anyone looking for a reliable and professional rental agency.

All rental providers know how hard it is to find a good rental agent. Abigail has done and excellent job is re-renting our property quickly with limited vacancy period. Abigail also asks questions when she recovers ridiculous quotes from trades and knows when to call us vs email us. It’s the best service we have received. Thankyou Abigail. Keep doing the good work you’re doing.
