About Monika

Always having a keen interest in the property market and since her involvement in the real estate industry since 2004, Monika has combined her Business Management degree with her previous retail management experience and in-depth sales, management and marketing involvement from other real estate firms and brought it to LJ Hooker Property Management department to give another aspect to the ever-changing property market. Enjoying the freedom that real estate has to offer and the diversity of the people and property, she thrives on the challenges that are presented every day. Together with her "can-do" attitude, focus on integrity and multi-tasking skills, no challenge gets in her way. She applies her hands-on, organised approach when dealing with her clients, creating a unique working relationship with landlords and tenants alike. Monika enjoys dealing with clients, appreciates all the cultural differences our city has to offer and also speaks 4 different languages. Monika's goal is to make sure everyone's needs are being met to the best of her abilities and keeping everyone happy in order to create an overall good experience for all her clients. Outside of work, Monika enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, photography and interior design, as well as going on discovery road trips.

About Michelle

Michelle began her career in Real Estate in 1989 and is a fully Licensed Estate Agent and was a Director/Principal of LJ Hooker Cranbourne since 2003 for over 19 years. Commencing with LJ Hooker Cranbourne in 1992, Michelle can be credited with establishing, building and overseeing our rental department to the large portfolio that it is today. It`s a testament to Michelle`s qualities when we see many of the landlords she brought to the business in the beginning, still very much with us today. As you would expect from someone who has been in the industry for so long, Michelle`s knowledge in property management is vast and is unlikely to be rivalled in the South-eastern region. Her knowledge on any rental matter will no doubt be a comfort to owners, as she regularly attends training to keep abreast of new technologies and initiatives in property management, so she knows when prospective and current rental providers speak to her, she is always providing them with the most up to date information on all aspects of property management. Michelle is a mother of two with interests that include walking, socializing and travel.

Tenant agent very responsive. Hot water system emergency fixed in 24 hours.

My tenanted property had a hot water sytem breakdown and I contacted my agent Michelle Muscat close to the end of the day. Michelle was very responsive and arranged a plumber to restore the unit.
