I find Bryce/Georgia to be knowledgeable of the current real estate market in Pokolbin. Although the price achieve is a bit lower than our expectations, at the current market, we believe we have achieved a fair value for our villa. It's just that it took a bit longer to find the right buyer. Bryce has provided valuable advice with regards to necessary expense that needs to be made to fully refresh our villa should we decide to put our villa back into Oaks rental management. In the end we decided to sell our villa rather than incur the additional expense. Bryce/Georgia kept us regularly updated of the progress during the entire sales period and promptly inform us of any reasonable offer made. I would like to thank Bryce and LJ Hooker Cessnock staff for the many years of association (renting and eventual sale of our villa).
