Bryce and his team have been fantastic to deal with. The communication has been very good be that by phone email or even text messages. We had a small setback with the first purchaser offer that fell through (no fault of the agent) but Bryce was very proactive in finding another buyer as quickly as possible and has been very efficient and knowledgeable about guiding that entire process.
