Gone in three days
Bryce was exceptional. Knew that market and catered for it. The house was on the market on Frida and sold by Monday at above expected sales price. Could not have asked for a more professional real estate agent. Highly recommended.

Consummate professional

Highly recommend selling with Bryce!
I put my house on sale just before lockdown however that didn’t stop Bryce from achieving a great result for me. After every inspection i recieved a detailed phone call about how it went. Bryce also offered me invaluable advice regarding tenants and my obligations during the sale. Seriously If you are looking for a REAL agent, Bryce is for you! I wouldn’t hesitate contacting him again, as in my experience no one else compares. He is hungry for a sale and he guaranteed to get you the results!
