Need I say more? Corinne was an absolute gem to work with for buying our first home - couldn't recommend her enough! Nyree Ewings was punctual and professional in showing me the property I was interested in and facilitated a smooth buying process. Of course Nyree was representing the Seller so there was the usual “pressure” to talk up the price which I find frustrating when you have at last found a property you really like that ticks most of your boxes. I had to rely on my own research and experience of recently viewing dozens of other properties to come up with an offer price that I was reasonably happy with considering how property prices are still very much overinflated. I would like to comment that I don’t think a “Buyer’s review” is really relevant here unless the Agent is acting as your “Buyer’s Agent”. The Agent is after all legally acting on behalf of the Seller and will therefore do what they can to achieve the highest sale price possible. If I was a Seller though I would of course highly recommend Nyree to handle the sale, and her successful track record is second to none.
