Karen was certainly impressive and appeared to be very experienced in my initial meeting. I was confident I made the right choice in appointing her. However Karen neglected to make clear that she has a team of people behind her and that I would be dealing with others at LJ Hooker. After my initial conversation with Karen, I never really spoke with her again. I was instead contacted by Chloe Peters (Karen's team member) who kept me informed on open house status and potential offers. Chloe was great to deal with and she stayed the course on what I consider to be difficult sale after 3 offers and 3 contract terminations. Chloe continued to have open house inspections during all contracts so there were always interested buyers making offers when a Sale Contract terminated. Finally a suitable offer and settlement period was found. Others at LJ Hooker (Ian) were also involved and I appreciated and valued their input also. The sale was certainly a team effort.

She was so lovely sweet at first meeting but as soon as my wife and I had signed the contract she turned. She walked into our house unannounced and had no problem telling my wife everything she had done wrong with the presentation. She was rude and abrasive. Would not recommend if you want a happy sale
