Nyree Ewings is a genuine professional in the real estate arena
Nyree Ewings is a genuine professional in the real estate arena. She works so hard for you as a client, communicates incredibly well and incredibly clearly. What I appreciate the most is Nyree's no-nonsense approach to selling your property. There is none of that swarthy, slick presence that you often associate with real estate agents. Nyree is down to earth, personable, genuine, and a darn good selling agent. Her negotiation skills and preceptive abilities are great. This is my second very positive experience with Nyree as our selling agent. Would thoroughly recommend her to any prospective seller. Thanks Nyree.

Skilled & professional
Nyree helped me greatly in understanding the current market and working through the marketing options. I was pleasantly pleased with her mature approach, her knowledge of the property’s market value and the things to consider in determining a price. She was very proactive eg in finding quotes for necessary repair work and in putting the property before possible interested parties prior to the property going public. Throughout the preparation for sale & the actual marketing I received regular advice & updates by phone & email. Rachael was great to communicate with during the process, but once she was injured and away from work it was quite frustrating. In the end we moved in fine, but I definitely wouldn’t call it the smoothest settlement.

I would recommend LJHooker Cleveland, the team is first rate and deserving of 5 stars.
I've had a wonderful experience buying a house through LJHooker Cleveland. The sales team Karen, Ian, Mal, to name a few and front reception staff were all considerate to our needs as well as the sellers. All the people I delt with had excellent communication skills and professional work ethics. Nothing was too much trouble and any of my queries always answered. Thank you all so much for your five star treatment in buying our new home it made it a breeze and actually enjoyable.

THERE ISN'T A BETTER AGENT!
Our whole experience with Corinne could not have been any better. Even before listing the property for sale with Corinne, she went above and beyond for us. We could not have asked for a better result, our house was listed and under contract within 3 days! Just an absolute one of a kind agent, and just a lovely lady.
