Selling our family home has been such a pleasure working with Ming especially because we had to do i
Ming assisted with the marketing, staging and cleaning of the house. She utilized every tool available to get the best outcome for the buyer. Her use of on-line marketing and other media were exceptional, creating the best exposure for the property. Every question asked and request made by us was answered and executed, by Ming, with the highest professionalism and in record time. We have now used Ming both as buyers and sellers and will definitely use Ming again in future.

Nyree is very professional yet friendly and most helpful
We purchased our home in 2015 and met Nyree as she was the agent for the seller. When we decided to sell our home we contacted LJ Hooker and Nyree was the first to return our call and she met with us the very next morning. Through her vast market knowledge and excellent communication skills we were able to sell our home after the first open house. She is very professional yet friendly and helpful, and we will recommend her to all our friends and acquaintances.

Ming is a very professional agent.
When we inspected this house for the first time, I had a feeling that we would buy this house. When I saw Ming for the first sight, her smile made me feel that she was the right person to help us to achieve this deal. Ming took care of it all
What is usually one of the more stressful things in life, selling your home, Ming understood our personal circumstances and made our house sale effortless. We were presented with a contract within 3 days and she took care of everything and organised styling, cleaners, removalists and anything else that was required. Ming is intelligent and a good agent. Recommended!

Corinne communicated with us very well during the whole process of the sale. Open homes were an easy process as well. She has all her trades and recommendations at hand for us to contact if needed. Would recommend Corinne to anyone especially in the Mt Cotton area, as she knows what it well, if you're thinking about selling.
