Rachael was great to communicate with during the process, but once she was injured and away from work it was quite frustrating. In the end we moved in fine, but I definitely wouldn’t call it the smoothest settlement.

Karen and her team have been fantastic in helping to sell my home. They did everything possible to find a sale going above and beyond and sold my house in just over a week. Karen was very through right from the start with comprehension research on my property before I had even decided to use her services. Karen presented proffesionally and seemed to know the area well, however after that meeting she was never seen again and all the talk was just that, hot air. We got other people doing the open house, even one agents wife they were so uninterested. The offers were 100k less than talked about. I never got feedback on open house days unless l rang and chased. After we reluctantly accepted the offer l have not heard a word about sale from agent, no follow up and nothing at settlement. Karen and team do as little as possible to get commision

We had already been on the market for 2 months before Ming and Debbie took over the selling of our house. Ming promised to sell our house and that she would look after us. And that she did. Ming worked tirelessly to promote our house and to get buyers to come view our property. Ming herself would be out delivering flyers advertising our house. When she spoke of our house, Ming was always positive and constantly highlighted the features. In a tough market, it was the promotion and positive outlook that made the difference. We had a few interested buyers and Ming managed to get a contract that met our hopes. We are so pleased with the outcome. Ming was lovely to work with and I am so glad that we trusted her. Selling a house is never an easy thing to do and it was a tough market. But that did not stop Ming, she believed and she clenched the deal.
