There are many reasons Nyree is top of the class when it comes to real estate. Professional yet down to earth, has an eyes wide open approach and a great communicator all of which contribute to the best experience you could ask for. Thank you Nyree!

Ming was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of professionalism & knowledge. Her cool, calm manner enabled this daunting process to run relatively smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate referring Ming to any prospective buyer or seller.

We were very fortunate to have a cash buyer unconditional quick sale in 10 days. Ming has extensive local market knowledge and got the job done.

I think, this is the 18th sale Nyree has achieved for us to date. In this particular instance, she exceeded our well informed expectations by about $130k. For whatever we pay in commission, Nyree has probably added 5 times as much in value to the property.

I write with strongest support and reccomendation for Corinne as the best real estate agent in Mount Cotton! My wife and I are first home buyers and Corinne has been exceptionally patient and helpful with our purchase of this beautiful property. The market has been frankly quite crazy and when we reached out to Corinne to enquire about the property, she was very quick to respond and organised a private viewing for us almost immediately! When we went to view the place, Corinne had furnished the property in such a spectacular manner and we were immediately blown away by it! Corinne was also very frank and upfront with her approach and strategy and told us what to expect at every single stage. She kept us updated throughout the entire offer process, which gave us lots of confidence! When she told us that our offer was accepted, I was honestly in a daze from the shock/excitement but Corinne was very very helpful and helped guide us for the next steps and patiently helped answered all our questions due to our lack of experience. This included recommending building and pests companies that her previous clients have engaged and the coordinating the communications between our conveyancers. Overall, I am very thankful for Corinne and she has certainly exceeded all our expectations. As first home buyers, we had concerns about entering the property market and were actually quite traumatised by another agent from a different company who tried to get us to change our mortgage broker and/or abandon all conditions for a different property! Corinne's nothing like that and her guidance and support made our purchasing journey possible. It is no doubt why Corinne is rated the top agent in Mount Cotton and I'm sure that all past/present/future buyers/sellers would agreed with this!

I have been a buyer and seller with Nyree now and she never fails to get it right. Her knowledge of the market and communication style made it easy to manage this sale as the seller while in another state and country. Would recommend Nyree to anyone looking to sell, she has always been and will always be the best.

We have worked with Nyree so many times and there is a reason for this she is the best! Honesty and integrity is hard to find but that is Nyree she goes above and beyond which is very rare! She is in our opinion the only agent to go to!

Ian Karen and Chloe have been a great team to deal with for our purchase in Cleveland. I have found them knowledgeable on the market and the area specifically. Accessible for all of my mundane questions which were treated with a level of importance probably not warranted. They have been professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Rachael has been nothing but amazing to work with. She facilitated every step from getting the property ready for sale by recommending/providing quality, reliable, honest and affordable tradesmen, to assisting us in finding and purchasing another property. She is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and extremely efficient and professional, nothing was too much trouble for her,. We would not hesitate to utilise her services again and we highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling their property– she is a people person and wears her heart on her sleeve.
