I have never met an agent like Nyree. She is definitely a stand out above the rest. She went above and beyond and worked endlessly to try and make our sale process go smoothly. She was extremely professional and experienced in dealing with a few difficulties along the way. She proved herself and stood by her word. I highly recommend her to anyone selling.

From the day Peter dropped in to appraise our place we felt comfortable with him. No hard sell. Happy to impart knowledge on his previous sales experiences. We were adamant that we did not wish to stage the house so Peter assisted with suggestions as to what needed to be temporarily placed elsewhere while the sale progressed. On open house days he suggested what could be left on display and what what needed to be "hidden". He suggested an "off-market" approach first and he worked his contacts with a number of inspections for possible buyers. One the property was listed we received offers within a couple of days and accepted the highest bid which was very close to our expectations. Peter was in contact at least every couple of days with reports on his progress. Extremely happy and satisfied with our "Peter" experience

I had the pleasure of having Nyree as the agent selling us our new home. Nyree is approachable, friendly and makes you feel at ease with the purchase from first introductions all the way through including once the house was settled. Nyree’s knowledge of the area where we purchased and of the sale process is second to none. Nyree thoroughly explained everything in language that was easy to understand, whilst never pressuring in any area. Nyree’s communication was excellent with us being updated every step of the way and also easy to get in contact with. This was especially crucial as I live interstate from where we purchased. Nyree is professional, well communicated, approachable, knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Thanks for everything Nyree it is greatly appreciated!!!

Rachael was an absolute joy to work with when selling us our new home. She was extremely helpful at every step of the journey. From inspection, to communication, to facilitating a price reduction negotiation. I had some renovations scheduled immediately after settlement, however I wasn't able to get a set of keys from the former property managers. Thankfully, Rachael went above and beyond and was able to supply me with a spare set of keys at a moment's notice so that my tradies could get inside. She didn't need to do this, but this extra mile meant so much to us. She saved us a whole mess. Thanks Rachael! We'll definitely be in touch for an appraisal once we've finished all our renovations!

Karen and her team were great at getting our house ready to sell as we live interstate. Whilst the house sold for less than Karen predicted, her team got the job done.
