She was so lovely sweet at first meeting but as soon as my wife and I had signed the contract she turned. She walked into our house unannounced and had no problem telling my wife everything she had done wrong with the presentation. She was rude and abrasive. Would not recommend if you want a happy sale

Hi, when we first time meet Ming she value our house for $565k. She promised us if we do some staging ( decorating) , we will easily get this price. So, decorating is cost us $1000. After we been on market for 2 weeks, Ming told us that our house only worth $505 k. We done bank valuation and it was $550K. Ming so exasted us with open homes and her believes that house is to small , so she can't get any good deal for us. Our life situation changed, so we sold our beautiful house for a low price. Ming told us our house is not a great qality, however it's only 2 years old and we build with a great builder Metricon. Final Sold price is $522,500.
