I think everyone has emphasised how amazing Corinne is but I am going to emphasis it some more. Not only did we find the perfect house but we also found the perfect agent who was selling the house who then helped us emotionally and physically when it came to selling our house. Corinne wasn’t even our agent as we were selling in another suburb but my goodness, if it wasn’t for her keeping me sane i think I would have given up selling my house and my trust in real estate agents!!!! She listened to all my woo’s and woe’s and gave me reassurance ,hope and faith that we would sell. She also ALWAYS made me giggle when feeling all doom and gloom!!!! She kept the sellers and myself always in the loop which I found sooooooo important during the whole process as I HATE silence - I need to be in the ‘know’ which I certainly was with Corrine. Let me say this - Corinne is the hardest working agent you will ever meet. I have worked with Corinne twice now (first when I sold my house 2.5 years ago, then recently again when I purchased a house) and on both occasions my experience with Corinne was outstanding to say the least. Corinne moves heaven and earth for her clients, is incredibly knowledgeable, highly experienced and an excellent counsellor to boot! Right from the start Corinne was a stand above other agents, she took the time to talk with you, explain the market and her communication was outstanding. A more personal experience than just trying to sell herself to you. My house required a little navigation as I had tenants in place that we needed to move on for the property to be vacant for the new owner. Corinne was instrumental in making this happen, without any cost to me, without worry or any resistance from the tenants - I was so impressed! Everyone loved Corinne - myself as the seller, the tenants and the new buyer! Corinne sold my property after the first open home, she was always in touch throughout the sales process and was excellent at mediating between seller and buyer.
