Nyree is experienced in all facets of Real Estate and has great interpersonal skills who keeps you up to date with the current status on your property sale. I thought though with the introduction to the Home App where I received updates on who visited my house during Open Houses, may need more information to the Seller rather than just the names of the people presenting through the Open House. Maybe this was introduced as Agents may not have had the time to update the Sellers post Open House as they needed to be at the next Open House of the day? I found that the Home App lacked some information and gave you no indication that persepctive buyers of your property were potential buyers other than just on lookers? If Real Estate agents are busy going from one Open House to another and cannot discuss any potential buyers to the Seller, then perhaps at the earliest convenience the agents executive assistant could be available to provide important informtion to the Seller. Just my thoughts but I think the App could be massaged a bit better and given more useful information to the Seller other than just the names of the people who visited the Open House.

Well what can I say.... Ming walked in our house and knew exactly what to do. She provided us with a solid marketing strategy, we listened and followed her advise. The house went on-line around lunch time, by 3pm, Ming called us to say she had a buyer. The house was sold before the first open house at the right price we wanted and the buyers are very happy too. We have dealt with a lot of real estate agents before and Ming was the most professional, with excellent marketing skills and very courteous, with a smile all the time.
