Karen was exceptional in our transaction. We were in a position where our first offer wasn't accepted and we knew that if we went to the full asking price our worst case sale scenario would put us in more debt than we were willing to incur. Karen negotiated a deal with us that virtually guaranteed us a changeover we could afford through a subsidized commission. It was above and beyond the call of duty but in the end meant that we bought and sold through her in a way that made us confident enough to commit, where otherwise we may not have. I couldn't recommend Karen more highly, she has a lovely open character that puts all parties at ease and her honest and straight forward approach keeps everyone informed and aware of the state of play without the head games that can make such a personal transaction extremely stressful.
