We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Mal from LJ Hooker Cleveland for selling your property. Working with them was a pleasure. Karen’s obvious expertise and experience was a delight, she immediately gave us the confidence that we had chosen the right agent. Mal worked tirelessly with numerous inspections and follow-ups, and keeping us informed the entire way. If we had known that selling our house was going to be this easy, we would have sold it a lot sooner! Regards, Andrew & Tanya

We would just like to take the opportunity to thank you for your work in the sale of our property at 3 Allamanda Place, Ormiston. We were delighted with the outcome of the sale. Not only did it happen very fast but you achieved a better price than we had expected. Everything that you told us happened as you had said and when it was supposed to. We were kept informed of the progress all the way through. So a big thank you to you both, and the rest of the team at LJ Hooker Cleveland. We will have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone that should be looking to sell in Cleveland and surrounds. Best Regards, Margaret and Dave Clodd.

Karen simply took the worry from my shoulders. The sale took almost 3 months to get the right price which Karen warned me may happen. I received regular updates on interest. The price was exactly what I wanted, it simple ran smoothly. I won't hesitate to recommend Karen & her team to anyone who needs an honest reliable real estate agent.

We needed to sell our house quickly and we knew Karen would be the person to help us do this. Karen is incredibly knowledgable of the local market and has a proven track record of getting the best price possible for a property. Her negotiating skills are second to none and she is always available to answer any of your questions. Karen makes the whole process of selling or buying a house extremely straightforward and as a client, you feel totally reassured that Karen is working hard to make the process run smoothly. Karen has helped us buy and sell a house twice in the last 5 years and we couldn't be happier with both transactions. Karen is a very trustworthy agent and is worth every cent!

When I first listed my house for sale I was very sceptical about Real Estate Agents and pretty certain that it wouldn't sell quickly. Once Nyree got to work she changed my mind and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. Nyree is a Great Agent, easily approachable and happy to help with any questions at any time.

My husband and I were very fortunate to have been introduced to Nyree through mutual friends. Having sold and bought several properties over the years it was refreshing to have someone so professional and honest work with us. We felt we could trust Nyree with our sale from our very first meeting because she was so knowledgeable about the market and she was able to be up front and provide us with real feedback about our property. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and negotiated very hard with the buyers to get the best outcome for all of us. I was extremely happy with Nyree's service and would only consider working with Nyree with our next real estate venture.
