Karen and her team were absolutely great. We were kept up to date with the whole sale process and were consulted regularly as to our wishes. Our property was sold at the best possible price. All in all a very satisfying experience. We have since listed another property with Karen.

Repeat clients of Nyree’s - we are always impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of the Market. We haven’t been let down once and can also be assured of honest feedback which we truly appreciate. Our recent land sold for top $ in under 2 weeks. You haven’t seen the last of us 😉 Thanks again Nyree!

After having dealt with two local agents in the Redlands Shire for more than 6 months, and having very few buyers looking at property, the team of Karen and Jade had success in just 3 weeks, and within a month an unconditional contract was in place. Peace of mind is what I experienced after many months of stress. More than happy to recommend the team of Jade and Karen.

We found Karen to be very efficient and knowledgeable with a very calm disposition. She made us feel comfortable and safe with her knowledge and background. She communicated and negotiated extremely well and was contactable at all times for whatever queries we had. We sold in 7 days. This was an extremely seamless sales experience.

Karen executed the plan we discussed to sell our house very well. We had a sale within two weeks. Karen and her team member Mal Windebank did a great of communication and keep us informed all the way. We believe we got the best price for the sale considering the dynamics of the market in this area. Karen and the team were very supportive through the whole process. I would recommend Karen and Mal to sell your house.

We asked Karen to sell our house within the very tight timeframes provided by the vendor of our new property. Within 2 weeks we had 2 very good offers and the vendor ended up having to ask us for an extension! It was completely stress free. I would never use another real estate agent now.

Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Nyree worked really hard for us to get buyers through the door every week by putting a free editorial in the local paper and liaising with other agents within LJ Hooker Cleveland to find buyers.

Not only did she sell our home for the listed price, she was thorough in her knowledge on comparison properties, length of time on the market & overall market conditions. She was also able to provide insights into the type of property & location we were looking at buying into. We would highly recommend Karen to anyone & would look to utilise her services again in the future for other property sales.

Karen was both professional and so personable in our home sale experience. Her manner is also calm and she is able with humour to make the sale of our home an almost painless journey!
