In a word, our dealings with Team Carmichael were 'fantastic'. James forms part of a small team that all have specific roles they specialise in. So, we didn't get just one agent, we got three. Graeme, James and Nick. Graeme, the lister, what a legend. He just keeps following up and he has the ability to stay in touch, keeping us informed about market trends and advising when the opportune time to list or not. All done whilst not being the slightest bit pushy but instead friendly and relaxed. After listing with Graeme the service he and his team provided was exemplary. Daily updates and weekly comprehensive statistical reports were just a part of the service. We really admired Graemes professionalism but also the fact that he is just a great guy.
