Nyree was proficient, professional and easy going and understood that we wanted to sell our property through an agent that was honest and reliable. We appreciate that she upheld her values and integrity throughout the entire experience, making us assured that we felt comfortable throughout. Given her sales data, we knew her knowledge of the market wouldn't be lacking but coupled with her honest approach, was a refreshing experience. Would highly recommend Nyree 👌

I contacted Nyree to sell my investment property only 5 days before my major surgery, and she responded immediately and made the sale happen within a month. She went above and beyond to do everything possible to remove any stress to myself and my husband, and treated my long-term fantastic tenant with equal respect and kindness. With her contacts and expertise, after only one Open day, a successful contract which suited myself and my tenant. I have Nyree to thank for previously negotiating when we were purchasing houses, and have now received the same excellent standard as a vendor. I soundly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Corinne was accommodating from the get-go when it came to purchasing a property from her. She was able to arrange an inspection on short notice when I couldn't attend the open home and she genuinely seemed to be committed to a fair and happy outcome for both buyer and seller. The purchase was not without its stumbling blocks, but I felt that Corinne was by my side the whole time and contactable whenever I needed her advice or assistance. She was naturally warm and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Corinne as an agent if you are considering buying or selling a property.

Very Trusted and Proactive Agent Corinne was the agent who sold us this house. During our time in Mount Cotton, we got to know her better and she really puts a lot into the community here. Because of this and how happy we were with her service when we bought from her, we did not hesitate to appoint her for our sale. To say she achieved a great result would be an understatement. We are very grateful to her and would not hesitate to recommend her to sellers and buyers alike. Kind regards, Kevin Brady

My experience with James and the team has been nothing short of exceptional. James went above and beyond to make sure the sale of the house was as smooth as possible. The communication was timely, clear and just what I needed to reassure me when selling. I highly recommend James to anyone wanting to sell. I am thankful to James for all he has done to sell my house and get me into my new dream home!

Working with Nyree on the sale of our home was just perfect. Right from the start everything was made easy for us , from the photography and brochure to arranging pool and pest inspections nothing could be made easier. Then to sell in 6 days at a new street record was nothing short of amazing. It is no wonder why Nyree is No 1 in her field. I would recommend her to everyone . Regards Shane Leaney

Nyree and her team were easy and relaxed to deal with. They were responsive to any questions or issues. Even double checked everything was shut and locked, secured with the recent cyclone to help minimise any potential damage. Couldn't ask much more as a buyer.

We have now sold with Nyree twice and purchased from her once. Each time, she has demonstrated an exceptional depth of knowledge about our little patch of South East Queensland. Her honesty, transparency, and professionalism have been evident throughout every interaction. Our most recent move-an interstate relocation-was particularly stressful, especially while searching for our new home. Knowing that Nyree was handling everything back in Cleveland made all the difference. No concern was too big or too small; she went above and beyond, even personally checking on our property during Cyclone Alfred. We genuinely couldn't recommend Nyree more highly. In fact, the fact that we're writing this review (something I think we have only ever done for Nyree) speaks volumes. We only wish there were more real estate professionals like her— straightforward, dedicated, and truly invested in their clients.
