Both Karen and Ian impressed us from the first time we met them. It was apparent that they thoroughly knew the local and regional real estate market and inspired confidence without pushing unrealistic expectations. They listened to our concerns and needs and acted on them. Unlike with other agents, we never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. We were especially pleased that they were happy for us to present our property to market without the hassles of staging. We followed their advice regarding "decluttering" and what else we could do ourselves to make our home looking great. Their marketing strategy was spot on. We were delighted that our property sold quite quickly and for a very good price. On Karen's advice we accepted a contract conditional on the purchasers successfully selling their own home. This was somewhat stressful given we had already started building our new home. It was only because we had such confidence in the team that we proceeded down this potentially problematical path. Karen and her team knew we were a little stressed and never hesitated to respond to our questions and calls. They also negotiated with the purchasers' agent whenever necessary. Karen and her team made a potentially difficult transaction as smooth as possible and we couldn't have been more happy to have them representing us.
