My wife & I just purchased this property, 4/133 Russell Street, Cleveland, a lovely, modern & executive style townhouse through LJ Hooker Cleveland, more direct with Ming Body. What a lovely lady to deal with. We were in touch with her before about 2-3 months ago & told what exactly we're after. We're actually downsizing from a large family home to a nice smaller accommodation. When this property came on her books, I believe I was the first to be notified. We met her on-site in an couple of hours for an quick private inspection. We loved the townhouse & end up signing the contract in 15 minutes time. Ming explained & went through with us everything about the property in very professional way. She's such a lovely lady to deal with. No pushing nor no misleading information given. That's what we expected from an agent before making any decision. She was very cooperative with us after signing the contract & guided us through the process with no hassles.
