We achieved a great result in a declining marketplace. Best of all she was realistic about price and didn’t gain our business through unrealistic expectations which many other agents will try to do to get your business. We had a great experience using Tony Webber at LJ Hooker as our agent. We sold our house within 2 weeks of listing for the exact amount that we were trying to achieve. We did not have to pay marketing costs and the commission was the most competitive rate of all the agents we interviewed.
