We met Karen in April 2017 when she showed us the property in Wellington Point that we eventually bought. We have dealt with many real estate agents in both Queensland and Northern New South Wales and we would rate Karen at the highest level. She is down to earth, an excellent communicator, and based on our experience, she goes the extra mile. By way of example, we left for overseas the day after signing the contract on the house, and she facilitated a very easy process to consummate the sale, when it could have been tricky given we were not in Australia. She responded to any of our queries immediately, including when she was ill. She has gone to great lengths to effect remediation of an issue highlighted in the building and pest report and has assisted in other ways as well. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Karen to any prospective vendor/buyer.
