With lots of phone calls and sleepless nights and a tummy full of butterflies, Jade helped us get our beautiful home with some negotiation we were very happy with the out come. Karen Renoulf works alongside Jade and she was happy to answer any of our questions. Both were excellent agents to work with, very professional while also thinking of everyone's needs. Our property has been smoothly going along doing it's thing and we can't wait to move in and make it our home!

Nyree is the #1 agent in Cleveland as far as we are concerned. My wife and I have selected Nyree to sell both the homes we have lived in and each time she has achieved the best price possible, taking into consideration the market at the time of selling. She is probably the most energetic and enthusiastic salesperson we have known, she treats both buyer and seller with equal respect, and she gives you straight answers to any questions about price, market conditions and how to present your home for selling. We certainly recommend Nyree to any person looking for a great agent to sell their home. Ewen and Dorothy Coull

Nyree worked with us to sell a property which formed part of a deceased estate. She supported us each step of the way, making a difficult process become seamless and positive. Nyree is incredibly hardworking, she pre-empted each milestone in the selling process with open and honest communication. We always felt informed and assured we were making the best decision for the property. I highly recommend Nyree as an agent in the Redlands area. She is a pleasure to work with and will do the very best for your property.

Nyree has a great reputation in the Industry and it's easy to see why. From our initial meeting to the very end Nyree always communicated quickly and directly with us, she had valuable input in to our sale. Our house was marketed online within a day of photos being completed and house was under contract 24 hours after that. So obviously we couldn't be happier with our experience with Nyree and her professionalism. I can't recommend Nyree highly enough. Thank you for making our experience selling enjoyable. You truly are an asset and I can not speak highly enough of your professionalism and hard work!!

Our experience in selling our property through Nyree has been excellent. It is unusual to find some one so focussed on the task in hand. The use of the internet, drone photography to highlight the location of the property in relation to Moreton Bay, premium location on realestate.com and completion of the listing within a couple of days was amazing. What was most appreciated was the straight forward approach to the process, together with no unrealistic price expectations. Thank you Nyree.
