Nyree is a fantastic Agent. We are so happy we went through her to both sell our house. Nyree communicated with us the whole time and even came to our house during the evening to discuss progress. She always listened and helped us with any queries or concerns, she was upfront, honest, truthful and didn't stuff us around. We would highly recommend Nyree and will definitely use her professional services again if we ever need to in the future.

Nyree provided us with a level of professionalism and attention that we had not experienced with any Real Estate agent previously. Her understanding of the local market, engagement with prospective purchasers and commitment to consistent and transparent communication enabled her to achieve an offer within the first 48 hours of the first home open, setting a new street sale price record. We could be more delighted with the result and would recommend Nyree to any potential vendor in the Bay side/Redlands area. An honest agent who understands the needs all parties in the sale process.

I am a first home buyer......like a lion to the kill..... Nyree obviously showed the home owner how to hide everything......advertised as large entertainment area.... yes..... except the gutter is completely stuffed. I have to now rip down the entire area to fix it....since moving in I have discovered one defect after another..... bare cables run through walls.... that were hidden before...... it is not only illegal work.... but a fire hazard. As a first home buyer I would have liked to have moved into a CLEAN house. Who knew I had to specify that..... she won't tell you. As a first home buyer with no experience.....I was rushed through the finance stage....over my Christmas holidays......which I got done. Yet she gave the home owner a 6 week contract.....which cost me another 3 weeks rent.....$1800...... but I am guessing she got there sale as well..... I was told the swing set at the back of the house was staying..... on settlement day.....I found a dirt patch where it used to be. Nyree after being more concerned with who was winning the super bowl....... gave me blank look..... oh I didn't realise...... I guess that is because her commission check was going to be cashed that afternoon..... Here is the bit you should really read...... do not let her recommend a convayencer for you...... or a building and pest.....be ware

We were a bit stressed during the process of selling our home, but when we were in Karen's presence we felt calm and her sense of humour refreshing, Karen has a keen understanding of realestate and sincerely listened when we had a question or felt unsure of the process. Karen Renouf believes she can bring a project to fruition and can accomplish what she sets out to do, purely because she cares. During the process of selling we were at the same time concerned about the home which we could buy and she always would put our mind at ease. During one of the meetings I said " Karen, I love the house to have wooden floors." She smiled and said " Yes!" Then Cyrus said "I like the house to have high ceilings and oh! Would like the contract on my birthday!" Karen smiles and said " That's achievable!" All three requests were granted!

As a first time seller, I had next to no idea what to do. Nyree listened to what I wanted and went out and got it.

I would like to thank Karen and Jade for selling our house in a professional and ethical manner. They always put their buyer first and they always listened to what we wanted. They always went above and beyond our expectations. We received the highest sale in our area with no marketing fees and amazing negotiating skills. I have known Karen for years and the reason I keep going back to her is that she is more interested in my happiness and not the quick sale to walk away with her commission.
