Nic and myself had been talking about selling my apartment for a couple of years. Nic kept me up to date with market developments. When if finally came time to sell, Nic was excellent at explaining the process and marketing strategy. Nic was great at communicating what was happening at the home opens and the feedback received by potential buyers. On the day of the auction, Nic clearly explained the process and to my surprise was nowhere near as stressful as I had imagined.
