Experience, responsiveness and good advice
Stephen gave very good advice and assistance in relation to the timing of the sale; negotiations with my tenants; mode of sale (private treaty); use of a stylist; and the timing and use of a final call for offers. I obtained more than I expected. He and his staff were also very responsive and on occasion went out of their way to ensure optimal presentation and then keep to the tight timeline for exchange and settlement I had requested. His experience, professionalism and responsiveness were evident throughout.
