Very pleased with the auction result
I have known Stephen for many years. In fact I bought my investment property from Stephen in 1999. Stephen is acknowledged as one of the best agents in the Ainslie area. He was my agent of choice when it came to sell my property. I very much appreciate his efforts in achieving an exceptional price for my investment property in a very uncertain market.

Awesome Agent
Stephen is extremely professional, he sold two of my properties 15 years ago and another one at Auction earlier this month.. he hasn't lost his touch. Market expert!
Nic and Maddison were excellent to work with throughout the process. We had constant communication and advice and never felt pressured. We were working to a tight timeframe which Nic and his team were able to accommodate. We got a great result with four offers on the table within 24 hour of our first inspection so were very pleased.

Really nice person and great agent.
My sister and I recently sold our family home after our parents passed away . It was a very emotionally difficult thing to do. We really wanted an agent that was sincere, reliable and importantly, a genuinely understanding, nice person. Nic is all this, plus a very good agent. I had seen him in action as a buyer, and knew he would do a Thoroughly professional job, treating people with respect and also getting a good outcome for us. Nic, Maddison and his team did a great job and we sold for a good price. We highly recommend Nic.

My instinct was correct!
Nic did a great job right from the start. He was able to answer all my questions and give great advice about marketing and pricing. He has a good reputation but also has a quality that is very important - he is passionate about his job and believes in what he is doing. Its been a very easy and smooth process and my apartment is successfully sold to someone who fell in love with it.

Experienced and customer centric agent
Excellent agent, responsive and managed the marketing of the property very well. The auction was extremely well attended with over 70 people this is a very high number in the current market. I was very pleased with the result. Nic and Maddie were able to manage and facilitate all trades, repairs a the property etc prior to the marketing process this was most helpful as I had just welcomed a new baby and was very busy. I am a keen property investor and have good knowledge of the market and normally sell my own properties so I have high expectations and Nic was able to meet this with no issue.
