Great local knowledge and personal service

Litsa is a very professional agent. Right from our first contact with Litsa we felt comfortable with her approach and local market knowledge. Choosing Litsa to be our agent came down to a toss of a coin with another agent in FL...never been so happy the coin fell Litsa's way...every dealing with her was professional, pleasant and always helpful and encouraging. Litsa also went the extra mile for us when it came to the contract being signed and got us the sale price she knew we would be happy with. Excellent customer service and always followed up with leads from open houses and gave us very detailed, appropriate and helpful feedback. We bought this house with LJH Forest Lake originally so we were glad we chose them to sell it for us 5 years on. We were well looked after then when we were looking to purchase in the area. Overall a great sales experience and highly recommend you consider Litsa to sell your home.

Great agent

Honest agent who wanted the best outcome for both the buyer and seller. Aaron was very willing to help out where he could, especially with the issues i had regarding settlement. He made the whole process a lot easier. I would recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell their house!
