My experience with LJ Hooker's David Hochkins has been comparatively brief. That's because it was so seamless. I saw the online advertisement for the Forster property on the Saturday, had my very successful auction on the Sunday and phoned him on the Monday morning to arrange a viewing. He was very accommodating, so we set up a time for me to visit on the Wednesday. I drove up to Forster on the Wednesday morning, met David and viewed the property with him. He impressed me with both his no-nonsense manner and the property itself, which I decided suited me to a 'T'. I phoned him an hour later after having looked at another property in Tuncurry and made an offer. He rang me back as I was driving back to Sydney to say the vendors had accepted my offer. The ensuing texts, phone calls and emails since that day have all had the same friendly and professional tone, and David has made me confident that any call from me in the future will be most welcome.
