To meet Nicholas Cusick for the first time the impression I came away with was one of integrity and just a genuine down to earth decent guy . Over the course of the sale Nick was informative and extremely easy and professional to deal with . One of the things I was most impressed about with Nick was he was spot on the mark with everything he said he believed he could achieve and he exceeded that expectation with the end result . The professional and friendly manner as well as the excellent follow up with the whole sale process was nothing short of outstanding . Nick was easy to talk to , highly professional and made my journey to sell easy . He always took my calls. I felt secure through out the whole process and was very happy to let him do what he needed to do, in order to sell my property quickly. I felt that he really had my best interest at heart. Nicholas Cusick is an agent that far exceeded my expectations. He is honest, fair, diligent, hard-working & dedicated. My husband & I had just entered the cooling off period for a property in the Point Frederick area sold to us from another Real Estate in Gosford when Nicholas shared his expert advice and opinion as to why this house was not worth the price tag it was fetching. We rescinded the contract & were very fortunate as the following few months proved his knowledge of the area was accurate and the house did not sell. We had been very lucky to receive such information before it was too late. But Nicholas didn't leave us high and dry, he spent a lot of his personal time searching for a suitable house & it was only a few days later he contacted us with a property we may be interested in. Turns out we were, and he spent all Christmas Eve negotiating the purchase of this house. We have recently moved in and couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend this agent to anyone looking to move to or relocate within the Central Coast region.

We had the benefit of having Nick as our agent for the sale of our home. He was patient and professional in marketing our property and did not pressure us to reduce our price at any stage over the sale period. He was realistic with screening purchasers and conducted sucessful open houses and marketing campaign.
