We have known Paul from LJ Hooker Pacific Pines for many years. Our property has always been managed by LJ Hooker and Paul as part of the Sales team has always kept in touch with us. Advising us of the current market conditions, organising valuations so we can see how our investment property was tracking overtime. From our phone conversations and emails Paul has always made an effort to get to know us personally. He has been respectful of where our lives were at the time of calling and never pushed us to sell. We valued the rapport we had with Paul, so when he contacted us early in 2022 with a property market update and indicated that if we were considering selling it would be a good time to place the property on the market once the current tenants lease ended. The timing was perfect as we had been considered selling as the property was close to 20 years old. Under Paul's guidance and suggestions we set about preparing for selling. At no time did we feel pressured to undertake the work recommended. With the trades being coordinated by Paul & Lina Onorato (as we live interstate) the house was ready in only a few weeks and looked amazing. Paul's communication skills between potential buyers and us continually astounded us - we were kept in the loop the whole time and through his hard work and dedication we received well above the advertised price. Our first contact with Mark occurred about eight and a half years ago when he sold us our current house. At that time we were impressed with his honesty and ability to fairly present our offers to the seller. Subsequently Mark kept in regular contact with us over the years. He was always readily contactable for a discussion on Real Estate matters and we always appreciated his regular Christmas Cards. When we decided to put our house on the market with a view to downsizing we knew that Mark would be our exclusive selection for a person to represent our interests in the sale of the property. Mark provided excellent advice to us prior to our listing the house in relation to the concepts of best practice in presenting our house for sale. Decluttering etc. We followed his advice and firmly believe the we were richly rewarded in a tightening market. we were impressed with the professional way in which he conducted the open whose inspections and his feedback to us of comments received.
