Mark is very knowledgeable, he provided many suggestions regarding building inspection, solicitor selection, pre-settlement inspection, and even on electricity, insurance, and water arrangement after we bought the house. Mark always patiently went through everything for us. He Picks up the phone whenever we need him, sometimes we had to call him after hrs. which is really helpful for me as a first home buyer. I 100% recommend them.

I first spoke with Mark when I saw ad for a house which took my interest. It was to be an open house on the Saturday morning which unfortunately we could not attend. I approached Mark for an early viewing on the Friday, which he arranged, much to our delight. We viewed again on the Monday and indicated we were in a position to make an offer. Mark stepped us through the process as it was proving to be a time sensitive offering. Upshot was we we're able to sign a contract on the Tuesday night, settlement 30 days, all going smoothly. During the process of selling our investment unit Paul was always head of the game. His knowledge, communication and follow up was top class. He always acted professionally and friendly and with a heap of patience, as I knew nothing of the process. His attitude and enthusiasm ensured that he gained the top price for the unit with little or no fuss. He sold the unit within 3 days for a complex record, but continued to ensure that the sale was managed right through to the settlement. His assistance with all parties involved e.g. cleaners, complex managers, lawyers etc. was invaluable to ensure a hassle-free sale. Any seller would be lucky to have Paul on their side.
