Highly recommend Mark Worthington !
We were able to experience the complete 360 degree of Mark's expertise, having bought our Home in Helensvale in December 2015 as Owner Occupiers, and now, for our settlement to have gone through for the sale in August 2022. Mark has been a great support throughout the entire time, offering guidance and recommendations, not to mention great moral support along the way also, being able to provide recommendations when we first moved in as newcomers to the region, and then once again when it came to the sale of the property. The best real estate agent around!
Mark and Cathy truly gave us a personalised strategy to sell our house at full potential value! We reviewed three realtors in total and chose Mark and Cathy as they took the time to discuss all aspects of the sale. They were also recommended very highly to us by word of mouth. Their sales strategy and marketing were second to none and brought in over a dozen offers in an uncertain market. In the end, we sold for well over asking price. Stellar job, I can't recommend them enough!

Goes Above & Beyond
Our agent John Reason went above and beyond. He well exceeded how much we thought we could get for our investment property when it sold. We live almost 2000km away, and nothing was too much trouble for John to organise on our behalf. We followed his advice on preparing for market, and his expert knowledge paid off. John is honest and reliable, and works hard for his clients.

Is there a better agent?
John sold me this property many years ago, and was a pleasure to deal with as a buyer. Over the years we stayed in contact, keeping on top of the changing markets, and when it came time to sell, there was no push from John what so ever. John then made the whole sale process easy and stress free, and managed to exceed my sale price expectations considerably! He's an area specialist!
