Real estate agents generally have a transaction based relationship with customers, this is not the case with John. From the moment we met him, he was friendly, honest and the kind of person you could have a beer with. This does not take away from him being more than capable of doing his job, and whether that means coming round at 8pm to sign contracts or a phone call to put our minds at ease, he was always easy to get in contact with.
