I was very impressed with the care that Tim took to walk us through the sales process, to share with us his knowledge of the market and guide us along the way to achieve results that we were happy with! He has been very up-front in explaining the costs involved, resulting in no surprises. Our selection of LJ Hooker was based very much on the premise that they are highly familiar with the neighbourhood and would be able to provide an informed opinion on the value to be expected. Tim came to us through his relationship with a property renovation company. What a nice bloke. He's a bit of a whirlwind when he gets going but never missed a detail and achieved a purchase commitment on the first open day. I recommend you check out his video presentations, the Tim you see on screen is the Tim you will be dealing with, personable and focussed. I must also acknowledge that Tim doesn't do it all on his own, there is a good team supporting him. Actually, I would like to see Tim hosting a television property show.
