I wish there were more than five stars because Lachlan deserves more than a 5 star rating. Being first home buyers we didn’t know what to expect and had a lot of questions; all to which Lochie answered with patience and kindness (no matter how silly they seemed). Lachlan made what could have been an upsetting and painful experience for my parents (as they have built and lived in their home for 59 years) into one that allowed them to sell their home with ease and the least amount of stress for an aging couple. Lachlan was very professional but also very approachable and extremely helpful. He kept us all informed during the entire process and offered advice when needed. I would highly recommend him.

Lachlan was an absolute professional . He was able to create great interest in the property I was selling. He presented the data relating to the buyers interest very well . This resulted in a 30% increase in the property reserve price when it went to auction. I was very happy. If I ever have to sell a property again I will certainly be using Lachlan Porter. We bought and sold through Hooker, specifically Mark Campbell. As a buyer he kept us informed of progress given the tight deadline of an auction. He gave us unreserved access to the property through the buying period and we were very happy with the result. Having purchased a house before we sold we found ourselves under a fair bit of pressure to sell and Mark was aware of this. He not only managed to sell the place in 4 weeks but at a suburb "öff water" record price. He was courteous and respectful of our home and time and pre booked inspection dates and times. This made it easier to present the house at its best at all times. We would recommend Mark and his LJ Hooker Team for any property transaction.
