Very knowledgeable, would recommend!

Exceptional local knowledge

Reliable and trustworthy
It was a pleasure to deal with Ray O'Brien. He telephoned after every open for inspection and kept us in the loop regarding the progress of the sale of our property. Ray was realistic in his appraisal of the property and was sensitive to our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray O'Brien as I found him to be honest, trustworthy and attentive. At no stage did we feel as if we were a number.

A great experience and very accommodating
We had missed the open house times,and it was an awful wet day this day, but when we pulled up knew we needed to see it, so I rang Ray hoping we could get in as I don't live in Brisbane and it would be another week before I was down again. Ray arranged for his colleague Franco to open the house up for us. With my husband working away Ray was also flexible in allowing us to revisit the property outside of open house times, with the view to making an offer. It meant a lot to us as we were hampered by distance from the city and my husbands work. If Ray hadn't been so helpful I feel we would have missed making the final winner offer and securing the house.
