Great knowledge of the local market
Ray was a great help when it came to purchasing our apartment. We met Ray at a number of open homes before purchasing our place and each time he was honest, personable and had valuable insight on upcoming developments in the area. Ray and his team were always available and able to assist with any questions we had, which was a lot.

Conniving Agent/licensee
As a first time property buyer, this seller was not helpful. The entire experience was horrible. Ray, and his staff, are unprofessional and immature, he couldn't even shake my hand upon settlement. I wouldn't recommend any services he or LJHooker - Lutwyche provide. Distgusting.
