Ray has been a real blessing to our family with the sale of our unit in Lutwyche. Property Buyer in Sydney chose him over other agents on his high merits and exceptional character to be our Real Estate Agent. We were totally pleased to have him on board and really appreciated his initiative in suggesting that the existing tenant look at purchasing the property, which was the outcome. Ray's down to earth approach, his genuine interest in people and their state of being was extremely commendable. Ray has a considerate and caring nature, heaps of common sense regarding timing of the sale and condition of the market and was at all times very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend Ray highly and congratulate him on being an authentic real estate agent, one whom we would gladly use should the need arise again in the future.

I spoke with a couple of agents before choosing Ray. He took the time to have a proper look at my apartment and gave a very pleasing but realistic appraisal of its value - proven when my apartment sold for near the asking price within two weeks. I am not in Brisbane, and Ray was only too happy to assist with opening up for the building/pest inspection and arranging for some minor items to be rectified so the sale could proceed smoothly. I would recommend Ray without hesitation to anyone considering selling a property in the inner North of Brisbane.

Ray was very honest through the whole process of selling our flats in Windsor. A very honest agent who worked hard till the last moment of the auction to achieve the highest price possible for us. Ray has stepped in at the last minute as our original agent has left the firm before we have sold our property in Lutwyche. We were sad to lose that agent as we have developed a rapport with her. However, Ray has immediately put us at ease and has taken over the sale process with a clear plan of action and a lot of energy and ideas. He has acted with outmost professionalism and great 'old school' real estate agent style where he has skillfully managed the negotiations process between us and an interstate buyer. The house has sold for a reasonable price - considering the overall market conditions. I would recommend Ray to others because of his knowledge of the market, his responsiveness to client needs and his excellent negotiation skills.
